Starting Points

Starting Points

Everyone begins with a rating of 500, which can be adjusted by a football experience questionnaire.

How a Player’s Rating is Calculated

After each match, you receive an individual rating change (delta), based on match results, opponent ratings, your teammates’ ratings and Trust Levels, and your time played. Each player impacts their teammates’ calculation. If you play for multiple teams in one event, you receive a separate delta per team – your final change is the sum of all deltas.

What Affects Rating Gains or Losses

Winning against stronger teams gives you more points; losing to weaker ones costs you more.Draws have minor impact. All changes are adjusted based on team trust levels.

When are match results counted in the rating?

Ratings are updated only after ranked match results are confirmed.

There are two confirmation methods:

• Full match video uploaded by the host

• 30%+ player approval from each team

Unconfirmed matches don’t affect ratings.

How Team Rating Works

There is no static team rating.

A team’s level is calculated as the average rating of the players fielded in the match. This value is used to calculate individual player rating changes.

For permanent teams, we track the total rating delta earned across all matches — but this is not a fixed rating, since there’s no initial value assigned.

Calibration

Until you complete calibration, you won’t appear on the leaderboard. Calibration game requirements per format:
11 – 5 games, 10 – 7 games, 9 – 9 games, 8 – 11 games, 7 – 13 games, 6 – 15 games, 5 or below – 20 games.
